Senior Full-Stack Test Engineer
KMS Technology, a global software services company headquartered in the U.S. with development centers in Vietnam and Mexico, is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer in Vietnam (remote or hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang). This role involves executing comprehensive manual and automation testing activities to ensure product quality across Agile teams. You’ll lead test initiatives, enhance test coverage, and contribute to sprint planning. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in QA including both manual and automated testing, strong knowledge in testing API and web applications, and proficiency with Java or equivalent languages. Familiarity with Selenium, BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber), and tools like Postman, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA is essential. Experience with CI/CD, performance testing, and building frameworks is a plus. Intermediate English and the ability to lead test teams in Agile environments are required.

Job Description
- Execute all testing activities (manual and automation) to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver the product success
- Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
- Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
- Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
- Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)
Qualifications
General requirements:
- Likely having 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
- Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
- Hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
- Able to perform tasks under high pressure
- At least an intermediate skill level of English.
Technical requirements:
- Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process
- Strong experience in testing for API and web applications.
- Proficiency in coding with Java, or other programming languages.
- Experience in Automation testing using frameworks such as Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/etc.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow) to drive collaborative test case design and automation.
- Strong experiences in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
- Experience in using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA...
