Senior Gen AI Engineer
Yokogawa tuyển dụng vị trí kỹ sư Gen AI giàu kinh nghiệm tại Việt Nam, làm việc remote cho dự án toàn cầu. Bạn sẽ thiết kế, phát triển và tích hợp các giải pháp AI sinh sinh, làm việc với nền tảng AI đám mây (Azure OpenAI, Gemini) và phối hợp chặt chẽ với đối tác Nhật Bản và đội ngũ quốc tế. Bạn cần có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong AI/ML/Data, thành thạo Gen AI, lập trình Python và sử dụng dịch vụ AI đám mây. Ưu tiên ứng viên có năng lực tiếng Nhật và kinh nghiệm làm với đối tác Nhật, từng triển khai AI vision, Dataiku, Workato hoặc trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, vật liệu, doanh nghiệp.
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer to join a global project. This role focuses on applied Generative AI solutions, working closely with Japanese stakeholders while collaborating with international engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong AI/ML background, hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Japanese language skill is a strong advantage for stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions (LLM-based applications, AI automation, AI-assisted workflows).
- Work with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI and other enterprise AI services.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
- Support testing, deployment, and optimization of AI solutions in production environments.
- Participate in technical discussions with Japanese stakeholders (with support if needed).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data-related development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI integration).
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot, etc.).
- Solid understanding of AI project lifecycle and system integration.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred: Japanese language proficiency (business-level communication is a strong plus).
- Experience working with Japanese clients or stakeholders.
- Exposure to image recognition / computer vision projects.
- Experience with AI orchestration or automation tools (e.g. Dataiku, Workato).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, materials, or enterprise environments.
