Ứng viên lý tưởng là người có kinh nghiệm digital marketing, thành thạo Notion, Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, yêu thích sáng tạo nội dung và tư duy hệ thống, đồng thời quen với môi trường startup nhiều thử thách, tốc độ cao.

Job Description:
tocco is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to join our team. This role involves full-stack growth marketing activities to help build and scale growth systems across email, content, SEO, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is someone who can launch and run growth experiments, shape the company's voice, work on partnerships and outreach, and assist in internal operations and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage growth experiments and funnels across various channels
- Contribute to content creation and messaging efforts
- Research, initiate, and manage partnerships with ecosystem partners
- Help streamline marketing workflows by creating templates, automating outreach, and building dashboards
- Potential for role growth into Head of Growth, Content Lead, Growth Product Manager, or Partnerships Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong background in growth marketing
- Experience in running growth experiments and managing funnels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics
