Code Review and Quality Assurance:

• Perform in-depth reviews of Kotlin code to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and project requirements.
• Identify potential issues and suggest improvements to optimize performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaboration with Development Team:

• Work closely with internal developers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and technical support to ensure timely delivery of core features.

Feature Delivery Support:

• Assist the team in debugging and troubleshooting issues during the development cycle.
• Ensure core features are delivered on schedule and meet the desired quality standards.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Document key findings, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to improve their Kotlin proficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Kotlin development, including hands-on experience with code reviews.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Kotlin language features, patterns, and idiomatic practices.
• Experience with tools and frameworks commonly used in Kotlin projects (e.g., Kotlin Coroutines, Ktor, Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global teams, especially in the context of enterprise-level projects.
• Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
