Senior Loan Associate
Freedom Property Investors, Australia’s leading property investment group, is seeking a Senior Loan Associate to join their remote team across Southeast Asia. This is a full-time remote role operating on the Sydney time zone day shift. The role offers a monthly base salary of ₱60,000–₱75,000, based on experience, along with 28 paid leave days per year, HMO coverage, and a performance-based annual bonus. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring timely progression, accurate loan analysis, and compliance with Australian lending regulations. The position also involves client relationship management and collaboration with brokers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in loan processing, preferably with exposure to complex Australian mortgage applications. Proficiency in loan processing tools such as Infinity, HubSpot, and AOL platforms is essential. A solid understanding of borrowing capacity (BC) assessments, home loan documentation, credit reports (e.g., Equifax), and communication with bank lenders is required. Candidates must meet specific technical requirements, including a reliable PC setup and a stable 50 Mbps internet connection. Legal checks such as police clearance, background check, and NBI clearance are mandatory.

Essential Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably with experience in handling complex loan applications
- Proficiency in using loan processing software (e.g., Infinity, HubSpot) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL)
- Bank communication: Proven ability to effectively communicate and follow up with lenders to ensure smooth loan approvals
- Pricing and valuation tools: Knowledge of pricing and valuation tools used in the real estate industry
- Credit checks and reports: Experience conducting credit checks or working with Equifax reports
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
- Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
- Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
