Vị trí làm việc từ xa cho Công ty TNHH Persolkelly Việt Nam, tập trung vào phát triển kinh doanh, tìm kiếm khách hàng cao cấp (HNWI/UHNWI) và xây dựng quan hệ đối tác với thu nhập 18-40 triệu đồng/tháng. Vai trò đảm nhận tư vấn, duy trì quan hệ khách hàng, đề xuất giải pháp và đạt doanh số theo quý. Ứng viên được hưởng chế độ nghỉ phép, thưởng năm.

Yêu cầu tốt nghiệp đại học, tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng với khách hàng cao cấp hoặc ngành tài chính, đầu tư, ngân hàng. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kỹ năng giao tiếp song ngữ Việt-Anh, khả năng làm việc độc lập, giao tiếp và chốt sales xuất sắc.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners in Vietnam. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our client base and maximize revenue, while providing top-tier advisory services to individuals looking for a hassle-free migration journey and value-added services beyond standard immigration consulting

1. Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential HNWI/UHNWI clients through current network and various channels.
  • Cultivate new referral partnerships, aiming to establish at least one new partner relationship each month.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets by closing at least one deal per quarter.
  • Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to convey the value of Homeland Shires’ bespoke services.
  • Prepare customized proposals and solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and referral business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the immigration process and coordinating additional services.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with Managing Directors to align sales strategies and meet overall company objectives.

Market & Industry Awareness

  • Stay current on relevant immigration regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide insights to management to enhance existing services and identify new revenue streams.

Independence & Initiative

  • Operate remotely from Ho Chi Minh City/Ha Noi, Vietnam, managing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Take initiative to attend and organize networking events, workshops, and seminars to maximize sales opportunities.

2. Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably dealing with HNW clients, candidates from finance, investment, and private banking sectors is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Excellent prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-centric approach
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
