Recruitment Requirements Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using Tableau Desktop.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate their data needs into actionable visual insights.
- Design, implement, and automate reporting solutions to meet organizational objectives.
- Perform data analysis, clean-up, and validation for accurate reporting.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau reports and dashboards to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers for effective data integration.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Tableau visualizations.
- Manage tight deadlines efficiently while maintaining collaboration and quality.
- Be available for on-site work in Hanoi as needed when the customer requires in-person interaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
- Hands-on experience creating complex reports and dashboards in Tableau.
