We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who doesn’t just design screens but shapes behavior. Someone with the creativity of a motion designer, the precision of a product designer, and the empathy of a mindfulness teacher.

What You’ll Do

Own the entire product experience — from onboarding flows to retention mechanics.
Design with behavior psychology in mind, reducing churn and boosting long-term engagement.
Bring interfaces to life through motion design, micro-animations, and 3D interactions.
Translate mindfulness into design — creating calm, intuitive, frictionless experiences.
Collaborate with product & engineering to ship pixel-perfect, high-impact features.
Act as an owner — you won’t just take tasks, you’ll set direction.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in consumer mobile apps.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, 3D interactions, and delightful onboarding flows.
Deep knowledge of user retention, habit formation, and behavioral psychology.
Passion for mindfulness, digital wellness, and human-centric design.
Comfort with end-to-end ownership — from research and wireframes to final polished UI.
Bonus: Experience in gaming / gamification systems, XP progression, or streak mechanics.
