🕓 Freelance – 2 days/week | 6-month engagement

About the Project

We are hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to join an exciting project with a premium retail and services brand. You will contribute to the evolution of the company’s website and digital ecosystem, working closely with IT and business teams in a collaborative design environment. The scope includes:

• Customer-facing web platforms
• Internal business applications (Customer, Communication, Sustainability teams)

Your Responsibilities

As a key design contributor, you will:

• Design responsive UX/UI solutions for both Desktop and Mobile
• Participate in UX workshops and user journey definition
• Ensure consistency between visual design and content
• Apply creativity while respecting brand guidelines and design systems
• Create and maintain design assets and components in Figma
• Organize and manage design files (structure, versioning, archiving)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product, Developers, Marketing

Deliverables

• Storyboards & wireframes
• UX/UI mockups (multi-device)
• Visual assets (banners, illustrations, icons)
• Well-structured and up-to-date Figma files

Tools & Environment

• Figma (mandatory)
• Balsamiq / Sketch
• Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
• InVision

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings both strong UX thinking and polished UI execution:

• 8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong expertise in Figma and collaborative workflows
• Proven experience designing responsive, multi-device interfaces
• Solid understanding of design systems and brand guidelines
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• French level B2/C1 (mandatory – working language with a client)
• Based in (or aligned with) Europe timezone (GMT+2 ±2h)
