Yêu cầu: 5+ năm phát triển phần mềm (2+ năm quản lý), thành thạo Python, React, CSDL quan hệ và NoSQL, hiểu biết kiến trúc hệ thống lớn, kinh nghiệm Agile. Ưu tiên hiểu biết về cloud, DevOps, dữ liệu lớn hoặc machine learning. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lãnh đạo, xử lý vấn đề xuất sắc.
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Development Manager in Vietnam.
In this role, you will lead the development of a new product initiative designed to help mid-market customers drive growth and improve lead conversion. You will manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team while owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful impact on product direction, and the opportunity to shape engineering practices. You will balance technical leadership with people management, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. It is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to build, scale, and inspire teams.
Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering high performance and professional growth
- Oversee software design, development, and implementation across multiple concurrent projects
- Prioritize development work, remove blockers, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and technical solutions
- Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints
- Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across the team
- Identify risks, perform root cause analysis on technical issues, and implement preventive solutions
- Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong technical background with experience in Python, React, and relational and NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of large-scale system design and big data architectures
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Nice to have experience with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, or data and machine learning technologies
