Solutions Architect - Product company in Aviation

Requirements

• Academic Foundation: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Proven Track Record: 6+ years in senior engineering, technical lead, or architecture roles delivering full-lifecycle production systems (requirements through to operations).
• Architectural Expertise: Strong experience designing scalable backend systems using microservices, event-driven patterns, and schedulers.
• Integration Skills: Expert knowledge of APIs, web services, and message queues.
• Data Strategy: Deep understanding of data modeling (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with a focus on pragmatic reliability and access patterns.
• Modern Stack Familiarity: Experience with Python frameworks and React/TypeScript to produce designs that are ready for rapid engineering implementation.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Huawei), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Communication: Ability to write clear design specs, lead design reviews, and explain technical trade-offs in clear English.
• Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to drive decisions and align business, IT, and vendor teams—even in ambiguous situations.
• Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of standard SDLC and Agile development practices.
• Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Technology Consulting, Aviation, or Logistics is a plus. (not a must)
