Storyboard Artist
Vị trí này là làm việc với hình thức freelance dự án tại Croissant EdTech, công ty chuyên nội dung e-learning sáng tạo tại Việt Nam. Trách nhiệm chính gồm chuyển kịch bản thành storyboard trực quan, phác hoạ các cảnh chuyển động và phối hợp cùng đội ngũ sáng tạo để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng về mặt thị giác. Bạn sẽ làm việc từ xa và có cơ hội trải nghiệm nhiều môn học đa dạng cùng một đội nhóm quốc tế.
Yêu cầu chính gồm có portfolio vẽ storyboard cho motion graphic/2D animation, thành thạo Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Storyboard Pro và giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm tại các dự án Edtech. Công việc phù hợp với những ai có khả năng kể chuyện bằng hình ảnh và chịu áp lực deadline ngắn.

We are looking for a creative Storyboard Artist to help us bridge the gap between scripts and final animation.
Role Overview
As a Storyboard Artist, you will be the visual architect of our lessons. You will take raw scripts and voice-overs and translate them into clear, sequential visual frames. Your work will serve as the master blueprint for our Motion Animation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Translation: Interpret educational scripts and translate them into visual, frame-by-frame storyboards.
- Concept Sketching: Create clear sketches that communicate element actions, camera angles, and transitions scene-by-scene to ensure the animation is smooth and meaningful.
- Asset Planning: Identify and list the graphic assets (illustrations, icons, and visual metaphors) required for the animation phase.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Script Writer, and Motion Animators to ensure the visual flow matches the learning objectives.
- Timing & Pacing: Ensure the storyboard aligns with the rhythm of the Voice-Over (VO) and meets the project milestones.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate on sketches based on feedback from the Creative Lead to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing storyboarding for motion graphics, 2D animation, or explainer videos.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or dedicated storyboarding software (e.g., Storyboard Pro, Boords).
- Visual Storytelling: A deep understanding of composition, cinematography, and "pacing" in educational content.
- Communication: Proficient in English communication. Ability to articulate visual choices and provide constructive critique.
- Education Background: (Plus) Experience working on Edtech or instructional design projects is a major advantage.
- Reliability: Ability to meet tight deadlines during "crunch" periods.
