LevelUP HCS đang tuyển dụng vị trí Systems Engineer tại Abu Dhabi, UAE, với hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Vai trò này tập trung vào dẫn dắt thiết kế, mô hình hóa và xác nhận các hệ thống động lực học bay và điều khiển cho UAV tiên tiến. Ứng viên sẽ thực hiện phân tích ổn định, mô phỏng 6-DOF bằng MATLAB/Simulink, thiết kế luật điều khiển tự động, phối hợp kiểm thử và chuẩn bị tài liệu tuân thủ chuẩn ngành hàng không. Gói lương cùng quyền lợi hấp dẫn, hỗ trợ di chuyển tới UAE.
Ứng viên cần có bằng Cử nhân Kỹ thuật hàng không, Hệ thống điều khiển hoặc tương đương, tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên về hệ thống ổn định và điều khiển bay (trong đó 5 năm ở lĩnh vực UAV/hàng không). Yêu cầu thành thạo MATLAB/Simulink và các tiêu chuẩn ngành, đủ điều kiện nhận cấp phép an ninh UAE, sẵn sàng di chuyển.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer – Stability and Control to lead the design, modeling, and validation of flight dynamics and control systems for advanced unmanned aerial platforms. This role is critical to ensuring safe, stable, and high-performance flight across diverse mission profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform stability and control analyses across various UAV configurations using linear and non-linear models.
- Define control surface sizing, actuator response, and control authority based on aerodynamic and mission requirements.
- Develop and simulate 6-DOF flight dynamics models using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools.
- Design and tune autopilot control laws (e.g., PID, LQR, gain-scheduled controllers).
- Execute verification and validation strategies via simulation, HIL, and flight testing.
- Analyze flight test telemetry to assess dynamic response and control stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system integration and airworthiness compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure alignment with aerospace standards (e.g., MIL-F-8785C, DO-178C, CS-UAS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Flight Mechanics, Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent (required).
- Master’s degree in Flight Dynamics or Control Engineering (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in flight stability and control systems, with at least 5 years in UAV or aerospace applications.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, X-Plane, FlightGear, AVL, XFOIL, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards and certification protocols.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Eligible for UAE defense/security clearance and willing to relocate.
Preferred Certifications
- INCOSE ASEP or CSEP
- UAV control systems or flight simulation certifications
- AS9100D or ISO 9001 awareness
