Expertise in payroll, recruitment strategies, and labor law compliance in one or more APAC countries is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and intercultural skills are key for success in this remote role. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients is also required.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Consultant to provide external client support across the APAC region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR practices, recruitment, market trends, payroll, and labor laws, with a focus on local expertise. Please submit your application in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR consultancy services, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment strategies and execution, including talent acquisition, market research, and hiring trends specific to the region.
- Advise on payroll setup and management, ensuring compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
- Assist clients in navigating local labor laws, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Offer guidance on market trends to help clients attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted HR partner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR consultancy, preferably in a freelance or client-facing role.
- Expertise in labor laws, payroll and recruitment practices.
- Familiarity with global HR trends and practices, with a specific focus on APAC markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients across different cultures and time zones.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
