The Frameless is a K-beauty company founded in February 2026 by the CEO, marketing team leader, and product developers who successfully led renowned K-beauty brands such as MIXSOON, SBEditor, FWEE, and NUMBUZIN.

Having already completed fundraising from Korean VCs, the company plans to simultaneously launch its new brand ZIPIEL globally in April 2026.

ZIPIEL is a brand that proposes a journey to restore each individual's inherent radiance, breaking away from the formulaic norms of the beauty market. Its product lineup launches under the keywords of storytelling, sensory satisfaction, and customer engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is for someone who can take a brand's soul and translate it into moving images that feel unmistakably ours: tactile, sensory, and world-building.

You'll own the visual language of ZIPIEL across short-form content, using AI tools and your own creative instincts to produce work that stops thumbs and builds a universe.

• Produce high-quality branding videos using AI-assisted and live-footage workflows (Runway, Pika, Sora, and similar tools)
  • KPI: 3+ branding videos per week
• Conceive and execute short-form content that expresses brand mood, not just showcases products
• Direct visuals with an emphasis on texture, light, materiality, and sensory storytelling
• Interpret brand world-building elements into video narratives that go beyond conventional beauty marketing
• Lead content production optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in video editing, content creation, or related roles
  • Specialist: 1+ year in related field
  • Senior: 3+ years in related field
• Sufficient English proficiency to communicate with the team via chat/text (using AI tools to support is allowed)
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or equivalent)
• Solid editing skills across industry-standard tools, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
• A strong visual point of view, able to take references and push them into something distinctly your own
• Proven ability to create impact in short-form video, knowing how to use pacing, music, and sound to make every second count
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Genuine appreciation for beauty, fashion, or fragrance.
• Experience owning the full creative pipeline, from concept to final cut, on branding-led video projects

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)
    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)
  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Varied by Position 
    • Specialist: Gross 14 M ~ 18 M VND / month 
    • Senior: Gross 22 M ~ 24 M VND / month 
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
