[The Frameless] eCommerce Graphic Designer

The Frameless is a K-beauty company founded in February 2026 by the CEO, marketing team leader, and product developers who successfully led renowned K-beauty brands such as MIXSOON, SBEditor, FWEE, and NUMBUZIN.

Having already completed fundraising from Korean VCs, the company plans to simultaneously launch its new brand ZIPIEL globally in April 2026.

ZIPIEL is a brand that proposes a journey to restore each individual's inherent radiance, breaking away from the formulaic norms of the beauty market. Its product lineup launches under the keywords of storytelling, sensory satisfaction, and customer engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an eCommerce Graphic Designer to own visual output across global commerce channels for a new K-beauty brand launching internationally.

This is a high-output, high-ownership role, you'll execute and set the creative direction.

• Design and produce product detail pages, banners, thumbnails, and online ad creatives across eCommerce platforms (Official store, Q10, Amazon, etc.)
• Create visuals and build scalable workflows using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana)
• Produce short-form video contents for TikTok and Reels
• (Plus/Optional) Develop 3D product visuals and packaging renders (Blender, C4D, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or related field.
  • Specialist: 2+ years of experience
  • Senior: 4+ years of experience
• Able to communicate in English via chat/text to discuss work with the internal team (using AI tools is allowed)
• Experience in eCommerce web design, including product detail pages and promotional banners
• Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Ability to independently source references and plan design concepts
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana, etc)
• Capability in video production and editing
• Experience using 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Prior experience creating beauty-related images and videos

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)
    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)
  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

• Varied by Position
  • • Specialist : Gross 15 M ~ 17 M VND / month
    • Senior : Gross 21 M ~ 24 M VND / month 
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
