Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng chiến lược, triển khai, tối ưu hoá hiệu quả chiến dịch quảng cáo đa nền tảng và phân tích toàn bộ hành trình người dùng để nâng cao chỉ số CAC, LTV và ROI.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực User Acquisition/Performance Marketing, thành thạo tối ưu hóa chiến dịch, vận hành trực tiếp các nền tảng quảng cáo (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads...), giỏi tiếng Anh, am hiểu về các công cụ phân tích và MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase).
About The Role
We’re hiring a User Acquisition Marketing Manager to scale a non-gaming consumer app, with Vietnam as a core acquisition market. This role is for someone who is deeply hands-on, data-driven, and performance-obsessed. You live inside dashboards, run structured experiments, and know how to bring high-quality users at efficient costs — not just installs. You’ll own paid user acquisition end-to-end: strategy → execution → optimization → scale.
What You’ll Do
- UA Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute UA strategies aligned with activation, retention, and ROI goals
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and performance targets (CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
- Identify new channels, audiences, and scaling opportunities across Vietnam and select global markets
- Turn Vietnam learnings into repeatable growth playbooks
- Campaign Execution (Hands-On)
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle: targeting, bidding, creatives, audiences, and event mapping
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and app store assets
- Scale what works, cut what doesn’t — fast
- Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance daily and optimize for scale + cost efficiency
- Analyze the full funnel: Impressions → Clicks → Installs → Activation → Retention → Revenue
- Partner with product and analytics teams to improve LTV / CAC
- Produce clear, decision-driven performance reporting
- Creative & Growth Experiments
- Work closely with designers, agencies, and creators to build high-performing creatives (video, static, UGC-style, influencer formats)
- Create clear creative briefs backed by market insights and competitor analysis
- Own creative refresh cycles and performance benchmarks
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, CRM/retention, analytics, and brand teams to maintain growth loops
- Ensure clean tracking via AppsFlyer / Adjust, Firebase, attribution windows, and SKAN (iOS)
- Align with regional partners and agencies for scaling opportunities
- Partner & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with ad networks, agencies, influencers, OEM channels, and DSPs
- Negotiate rates, explore whitelist inventory, and unlock beta features
- Evaluate partners strictly on performance and ROI
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience for consumer apps
- Proven experience managing meaningful budgets and scaling based on performance
- Strong understanding of attribution, MMPs, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Comfortable working directly in ad platforms, not just managing agencies
- Proficiency in English
- Bias toward experimentation, speed, and structured problem-solving
