I. Job Description

Design end-to-end UI/UX experiences for a fast-growing SaaS product, from concept to final delivery.
Work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web-based SaaS platforms.
Lead UX thinking across complex, data-driven workflows and dashboards.
Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across the product.
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
Participate in product discovery, user research, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Collaborate in an agile, startup-style environment with fast iteration cycles.

II. Job Requirements

Senior-level or highly experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on SaaS products.
Proven experience designing complex web applications (B2B or B2C SaaS).
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working with startups or fast-growing product teams.
Ability to think from a product and business perspective, not only visual design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with global teams.
Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
Based in Vietnam and able to work fully remote.
A strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, system-heavy, or long-term product designs.
