LiT Strategy, công ty tư vấn chiến lược chuyên nghiệp từ Singapore, tuyển vị trí Business Development Associate làm việc remote tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Ứng viên sẽ hỗ trợ mở rộng kinh doanh, xây dựng mạng lưới đối tác, kết nối khách hàng và trụ sở Singapore, triển khai dự án cũng như đạt các KPI được giao. Môi trường làm việc trực tiếp với nhà sáng lập, mức thu nhập cạnh tranh, cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp và giao lưu quốc tế.
Ứng viên cần có bằng đại học (Tài chính, Kinh doanh, Kinh tế hoặc liên quan), kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh hoặc tư vấn, thành thạo PowerPoint, Excel, giao tiếp xuất sắc bằng cả tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh. Ứng tuyển bằng cách gửi CV, thư giới thiệu (nếu có) và bảng điểm (nếu mới tốt nghiệp 5 năm gần đây) về email công ty.

Key Responsibilities
- Support business development and market expansion in Vietnam
- Build professional networks and generate local business leads
- Strengthen brand presence and identify collaboration opportunities
- Support operations, project delivery, and growth initiatives
- Liaise with clients (including C-suite) and act as a bridge with HQ in Singapore
- Achieve assigned KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields
- Experience in Business Development or Consulting
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in Vietnamese; strong written and spoken English
