Vietnamese Language Specialist
Transcribe Guru, a global leader in transcription and AI training data services, is hiring for a fully remote Vietnamese language localization project. Based out of Hanoi or working remotely, this is a contract-based, short-term opportunity focused on enhancing language models and AI voice technologies. Participants will be responsible for reviewing and localizing Vietnamese text, recording sentences, and tagging key data elements like names, addresses, and contact details. Project Overview
We are seeking Vietnamese language speakers to join a language localization project designed to improve AI language models and voice technologies. This project involves reviewing, localizing, recording, and annotating Vietnamese text data to ensure natural, accurate, and high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
Text Review & Localization:
- Review and edit sentences to correct grammar, improve naturalness, and adapt them to everyday conversational style.
Voice Recording:
- Record 500 sentences (10–20 seconds each) clearly and naturally, in a quiet environment, using your smartphone or microphone.
Data Tagging:
- Identify and label key elements such as phone numbers, email addresses, and physical locations according to project guidelines.
Qualifications
- Speaker of Vietnamese language (all dialects welcome: Northern, Central, Southern)
- Clear, natural speaking voice and good reading ability
- Attention to detail with strong comprehension skills
- Comfortable using basic recording tools (smartphone, computer)
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Previous localization or linguistic experience is a plus but not required
