Web3 Growth Executive
Vị trí này tại FORKOFF là công việc toàn thời gian, làm việc từ xa cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và thực thi các chiến lược tăng trưởng Web3, phát triển cộng đồng, hợp tác đối tác và tối ưu hóa các chỉ số tăng trưởng. Nhận mức đãi ngộ cạnh tranh cùng cơ hội đại diện công ty tại các sự kiện quốc tế.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò tăng trưởng Web3, hiểu rõ về crypto và có kỹ năng chạy chiến dịch, đối tác, viết, xây dựng quan hệ và tư duy dữ liệu. Ưu tiên ứng viên sáng tạo, chủ động và yêu thích lĩnh vực blockchain/web3.

About the Role We’re looking for a Web3 Growth Executive to design and lead innovative growth strategies that move ecosystems forward. In this role, you’ll bridge brand, community and partnerships, translating narrative into measurable traction. You’ll own the full growth loop: This is a full-time, remote role and involves market analysis, community engagement, partnership development, campaign execution and strategic collaboration with stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll craft strategies that amplify visibility, drive adoption and deepen user engagement across the Web3 landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Web3-native growth strategies across on-chain and off-chain channels.
- Identify and activate strategic partnerships with protocols, DAOs and funds.
- Lead community growth through campaigns, collaborations, and incentive programs.
- Analyze market trends and narratives to position brands within high-attention sectors.
- Track and optimize growth KPIs across social, community, and on-chain metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align storytelling, campaigns, and ecosystem goals.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Web3 Growth roles.
- Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, narratives, and communities.
- Proven ability to run campaigns that drive traction, partnerships, and user acquisition.
- Strong writing and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven with creative problem-solving abilities.
