WORDPRESS DEVELOPER PARTNER
ICTS Careers, a dynamic Vietnam-based software development company, is seeking a remote WordPress Developer Partner to join its growing digital transformation team. This is a freelance/contract role offering flexible hours and remote work arrangements, ideal for developers who prefer autonomy. You will be responsible for developing and customizing client websites on WordPress based on specific project needs. Core tasks include collaborating with project managers, designing responsive interfaces, integrating third-party tools like CRM, booking systems, and payment gateways, and optimizing website performance and SEO. Compensation is hourly and negotiable, with transparent tracking and performance-based pay.
Candidates should have proven experience building websites with WordPress and include a portfolio or past work samples. Proficiency in popular page builders like Elementor or WPBakery is essential. Strong independent problem-solving skills, familiarity with responsive design and basic technical SEO, and an understanding of commonly used WordPress plugins and integrations are also required. Skills in Wix, Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace are a plus, as is any certification related to WordPress or Wix. Excellent communication and attention to detail are key for timely and high-quality delivery.

WORDPRESS DEVELOPER PARTNER (Remote)
Mô tả công việc:
- Phát triển và tùy chỉnh website cho khách hàng bằng WordPress theo yêu cầu dự án cụ thể.
- Phối hợp với PM để hiểu rõ mục tiêu, branding và nhu cầu về function.
- Thiết kế giao diện thân thiện, hấp dẫn và phản hồi tốt trên nhiều thiết bị, phù hợp với nhiều ngành nghề.
- Tích hợp các công cụ và plugin bên thứ ba như cổng thanh toán, hệ thống đặt lịch, CRM, form liên hệ, v.v.
- Tối ưu hóa website về hiệu suất, bảo mật và tuân thủ các thực hành tốt nhất về SEO.
- Hỗ trợ sau khi bàn giao bao gồm sửa lỗi và cập nhật nhỏ.
- Đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng dự án.
Yêu cầu:
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng website bằng WordPress (vui lòng gửi kèm portfolio hoặc sản phẩm đã làm).
- Thành thạo các theme và trình dựng trang (ví dụ: Elementor, WPBakery).
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và đề xuất các giải pháp thông minh, linh hoạt.
- Quen thuộc với các plugin và tích hợp phổ biến của WordPress.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt để phối hợp với nội bộ hoặc khách hàng.
- Hiểu rõ về thiết kế responsive và SEO kỹ thuật cơ bản.
- Tỉ mỉ, chú trọng chi tiết và tuân thủ deadline.
- Biết sử dụng Wix (Wix Editor, Wix Studio hoặc Wix Velo) là một lợi thế.
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi các nền tảng xây dựng website khác (Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace).
- Có chứng chỉ liên quan đến WordPress hoặc Wix là điểm cộng.
