Ứng viên sẽ phối hợp cùng bộ phận lãnh đạo, kỹ thuật, tài chính để đảm bảo vận hành các dự án kết nối trạm sạc xe điện, đồng thời tìm kiếm đối tác mới, giữ quan hệ lâu dài với khách hàng hiện hữu và phân tích thị trường. Yêu cầu ứng viên có thành thạo tiếng Anh - Việt, kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm lĩnh vực Account/Sales/BD, kỹ năng sử dụng các công cụ văn phòng (Excel, Office, Figma), ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp các ngành công nghệ/kỹ thuật hoặc kinh doanh. Ứng viên cần tự chủ, năng động, sẵn sàng đi công tác trong nước nếu cần thiết.

Do you want to work with some of the most forward-thinking and leading players in the EV space to help build seamless charging experiences? If so, you could be the Account Manager that Beep is looking for!
Beep is a Singapore-headquartered IoT platform provider, with an established track record recording over 1.5 million monthly transactions across thousands of touch-points for customers in 5 countries in South-East Asia, including nationwide initiatives with the Singapore government and leading FMCGs. Voltality is Beep's eMobility arm, focused on providing a borderless, interoperable charging experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership, Product, Technical, and BD teams to ensure a positive partner and/or customer experience throughout the customer journey in Vietnam.
- Take responsibility for all ongoing project timelines within Vietnam and liaise with internal or external parties to ensure adherence to planned schedules.
- Support Finance teams for reconciliation and customer reporting.
- Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with existing key customers and ensure successful delivery of planned rollouts by coordinating with them.
- Represent the company to prospective and existing customers for sales activities, alongside creating and maintaining lead generation and tracking plans, with the support of our leadership outreach together.
- Manage and analyze the local market to identify opportunities and trends.
Requirements:
- Working level fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Prior internship or working experience in any Account, BD, or Sales role
- High proficiency in general productivity and collaboration tools including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, and other platforms.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and spirit.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience in technical or business-related fields.
Optional but preferable skills:
- Familiarity with project management cycles.
- Ability to read API documentation.
- Ability and license to drive.
