Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm sales B2B trong ngành làm đẹp, thẩm mỹ hoặc y tế tại khu vực MENA & SEA, kỹ năng giao tiếp - đàm phán, nhạy bén văn hóa, thành thạo tiếng Anh (biết thêm tiếng Ả Rập hoặc Trung là lợi thế).

Join our team as an Area Sales Manager - Asia (m/f/d)
Location: Hong Kong or central Asia
Start: As soon as possible or by agreement
Employment type: Permanent
Working hours: Full-time
Your mission:
Develop and manage B2B distribution partnerships across the APAC region
Acquire new business opportunities and expand market share.
Serve as the main point of contact between REVIDERM HQ (Germany) and our local partners.
Ensure regional compliance and product registrations in collaboration with HQ R&D.
Plan and execute regional events, trainings, and distributor meetings.
Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and pricing strategy for MENA & SEA markets.
Represent REVIDERM at regional exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.
What we're looking for:
Proven B2B sales experience in the beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetics industry within the MENA & SEA region.
Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
Fluent English; Arabic and/or Chinese is a strong advantage.
