Autonomous Systems Engineer (LLM/AI Agentic Workflows)
HitPay is seeking a Remote Autonomous Systems Engineer based in Vietnam to join its early-stage team and report directly to the CEO. This full-time role offers competitive salary and equity and is ideal for early-career engineers (0–2 years experience) who want to build impactful internal AI agents. You’ll develop production-ready, LLM-powered workflows for teams across sales, support, compliance, and operations, helping streamline processes and reduce costs. The position provides high ownership and opportunities to contribute to strategic roadmap planning for future agentic systems.
Candidates should have a strong software engineering foundation, preferably in Python, and a demonstrable interest in AI applications, particularly LLMs and automation tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, and Supabase. Familiarity with low-code platforms like V0.dev or Clerk is a plus. The ideal applicant thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys prototyping and iterating quickly, and is comfortable working closely with leadership in a startup setting.
Within the first 90 days, you’ll be expected to scope and deploy working MVPs, such as internal-facing autonomous agents (e.g., KYC reviewer, ticket triage). This is a rare opportunity to gain full lifecycle experience in applied AI within a high-impact role at a growing company.
