Vị trí toàn thời gian tại Maker Sixty Four, làm việc tại Hà Nội kết hợp linh hoạt (remote + bán hàng thực địa). Ứng viên sẽ phụ trách phát triển kinh doanh mới, quản lý khách hàng chủ chốt, xây dựng pipeline bán hàng mạnh và thúc đẩy doanh số cả kênh dự án lẫn bán lẻ. Quy trình đào tạo khoảng 2-3 tháng tại TP.HCM trước khi chính thức làm việc tại Hà Nội.

Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong kinh doanh/phát triển kinh doanh, ưu tiên ứng viên có mạng lưới quan hệ tại Hà Nội và từng làm việc trong lĩnh vực nội thất, thiết kế, kiến trúc hoặc thương hiệu cao cấp. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và xây dựng quan hệ là yếu tố quan trọng.

Business Development Executive at Maker Sixty Four

Location: Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam (Remote)

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, generating leads, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales:
    • Actively identify and engage new customers in Hanoi.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for both retail and project channels.
    • Drive revenue through direct sales, client meetings, and relationship building.
    • Ensure brand positioning aligns with design and lifestyle ethos during client interactions.
  2. Project Sales (B2B):
    • Establish partnerships with architects, interior designers, developers, and key stakeholders.
    • Pursue project opportunities and see through proposals, quotes, and closing deals.
  3. Retail Sales (B2C):
    • Handle inquiries from leads and customers, providing product guidance and closing sales.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment.
  4. Market Development:
    • Enhance brand presence in Hanoi through networking and client engagement.
    • Collect market insights and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
    • Contribute to plans for showroom launches and local market expansion.
  5. Working Model:
    • Training for 2–3 months in Ho Chi Minh City with post-training placement in Hanoi.
    • Flexibility between remote work and field sales with no fixed office initially.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Strong professional network in Hanoi.
  • Previous experience in interior, furniture, architecture, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Ability to engage clients within design-oriented or premium/luxury contexts.
  • Interest or exposure to design, aesthetics, or living environments.
  • Proven track record in retail and/or project sales.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
