Randamu tuyển dụng vị trí làm việc remote toàn thời gian tại TP.HCM, phụ trách phát triển mạng lưới creator, hợp tác đối tác và thúc đẩy các sự kiện/sản phẩm như RanMerch và Randamu Creator Fiesta. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm, tiếp cận, hỗ trợ onboarding creator, duy trì quan hệ và phối hợp cùng đội ngũ cải tiến quy trình đối tác. Mức đãi ngộ trực tiếp trao đổi khi phỏng vấn.
Yêu cầu: Có kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh, kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc, chủ động, chi tiết, phù hợp làm remote. Ưu tiên ứng viên đam mê lĩnh vực Anime, Comic, Gaming và có bằng ĐH chuyên ngành liên quan.

Business Development Executive

Role Description
This is a remote position for a Business Development Executive at Randamu. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding creators for collaborations across RanMerch, Randamu Creator Fiesta, and Randamu World. You will play a key role in expanding Randamu’s creator network and driving partnerships within the ACG space.
For RanMerch, you will engage creators and artists to collaborate with Randamu to turn their characters into merchandise through our design, production, and distribution pipeline.
For Randamu Creator Fiesta and Randamu World, you will source and onboard creators to participate as exhibitors or collaborators, helping to grow both intimate creator-focused events and larger-scale conventions.
You will be expected to initiate outreach, pitch collaboration opportunities, manage follow-ups, and support creators through the onboarding process. You will also work closely with the core team to refine outreach strategies and build meaningful relationships within the ACG community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to creators, artists, and IP owners for potential collaborations
- Pitch RanMerch, Randamu Creator Fiesta, and Randamu World opportunities
- Manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and creator communications
- Support onboarding of creators for merchandise production and event participation
- Maintain relationships with creators and act as a point of contact where required
- Work with the team to improve outreach strategies and partnership processes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to foster and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote role
- A deep interest or background in the ACG (Anime, Comic, and Gaming) industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in a degree program, in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
