Business Development Executive
REC Talents – HR Solution, a fast-growing digital studio based in Singapore, is hiring a full-time remote Business Development Executive located in Vietnam (preferably HCMC, Hanoi, or Danang). This role focuses on B2B IT outsourcing sales targeting international markets including the US, EU, and APAC. The position offers a base salary of $1,000–$1,500 USD plus commission, with added benefits like equity options, remote work flexibility, and travel opportunities to Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions, engage in lead generation, and support market expansion activities.
Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in B2B IT sales, with a minimum of 2 years in IT outsourcing services. A strong command of English is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. A background in Computer Science or Business, experience with tech consulting firms, or a client network in global markets is highly desirable. Candidates must be proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently within international time zones.
This is a remote position tailored for professionals based in Vietnam operating in Singapore or Vietnam time zones. Preference is given to those with experience at leading software companies such as FPT Software, Savycom, or VMO Holdings. The hiring process includes two interview rounds. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDEs) to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive (BDEs) to join our team and drive sales growth in the IT sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals in software development, tech solutions, or IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage new clients in target markets (local and international).
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, pitch, proposal, to closing.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or services.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing structures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other lead-generation activities.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or technology business development.
- Strong understanding of IT products, software development, or tech outsourcing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- Previous experience working in IT outsourcing or tech consulting firms.
