Business Development Manager
HYRED, a leading HR solutions provider with a strong presence in the APAC region, is looking for a Business Development professional based in Vietnam (remote) to lead regional growth efforts for a fast-scaling Marketing Technology client. This full-time leadership role focuses on driving predictable and scalable revenue by closing enterprise-level deals, managing a lean sales team, and executing GTM strategies. The client’s innovative platform serves multi-location businesses across retail, BFSI, healthcare, and more—offering a compelling solution for online visibility and reputation management. In return for your contributions, this role offers a competitive base salary plus generous commissions, and the opportunity to work closely with founders and influence sales strategy.
Candidates should bring at least 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, MarTech, or media, particularly selling to senior digital marketing stakeholders in verticals like retail, BFSI, and healthcare. A strong background in enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and negotiation is essential. You'll need to be comfortable managing and coaching a team, owning revenue targets, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical, along with a deep understanding of local market dynamics in Vietnam and the broader region.

Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager/Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading revenue growth across your designated region. You’ll be responsible for executing GTM strategies, closing enterprise-level deals, and building a scalable sales engine. This is a senior leadership role ideal for high-performers who combine strategic thinking with front-line execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional new business targets and drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and close mid-market and enterprise clients across priority verticals (retail, clinics, BFSI, QSRs, etc.).
- Build and manage a lean sales team over time (SDRs/AEs), including coaching and performance oversight.
- Develop market-specific strategies to position the company against emerging competitors.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine positioning and deliver client value.
- Represent the company at relevant events, webinars, and strategic meetings within the region.
- Provide structured feedback on regional trends, client needs, and competitor movements to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS/Marketing Tech/Advertising/Media sales experience with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to CMOs, Digital Marketing heads, SEO Managers, Digital officers in industries like Retail (Food, Fashion, clothing, Luxury), BFSI, Hypermarkets Chains, Hospitals and Diagnostic brands, Pharmacy Chains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead mid-to-long enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and consultative selling approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable with leading C-level conversations.
- Based in-region with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and buyer behavior.
