We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Vietnam) to drive our commercial growth in the Vietnamese market. Based remotely in Ho Chi Minh City and reporting to our Singapore headquarters, this role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or B2B tech—someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering client value.

What You'll Do:

Business Development

  • Identify and target high-potential Vietnamese eCommerce, retail and brand clients
  • Localize and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos tailored to the Vietnamese market
  • Convert inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and referrals into active sales opportunities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline—from lead qualification to closing
  • Collaborate with HQ on proposals, pricing alignment, and onboarding plans

Client Success & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Vietnamese clients post-sale
  • Monitor client adoption and usage, and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
  • Liaise with Product and Support teams to troubleshoot client issues or gather feedback
  • Help gather use cases and success stories from local clients to support marketing efforts

Market & Partnership Insights

  • Stay current on Vietnam’s eCommerce and digital marketing landscape
  • Surface competitive intelligence, product feedback, and customer pain points to HQ
  • Support initial partnership development efforts with local agencies, platforms, or resellers
  • Attend local industry events or trade shows as a TopView AI representative when needed

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ-based marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities
  • Contribute to product localisation for Vietnamese clients
  • Provide timely reporting on sales performance, lead status, and market insights

What We're Looking For:

  • Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese (spoken and written), with business-level English for internal collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in Vietnam, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or tech
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value B2B deals with enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam’s eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with global goals
  • Passion for AI, marketing technology, and innovation
