Business Development Representative (Remote)
Vai trò này thuộc bộ phận phát triển kinh doanh tại THCD Limited, làm việc từ xa với địa điểm tại TP.HCM. Ứng viên sẽ xây dựng quan hệ với đối tác mới, phát triển doanh thu, phân tích thị trường, hỗ trợ chiến lược marketing và đạt chỉ tiêu kinh doanh FX & CFD. Chế độ đãi ngộ hấp dẫn gồm lương cứng, thưởng kinh doanh, 20 ngày phép/năm, bảo hiểm sức khỏe và thời gian làm việc linh hoạt.
Yêu cầu tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành liên quan, có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính (FX, ngân hàng, chứng khoán, crypto) hoặc kỹ năng bán hàng mạnh, hiểu biết về thị trường FX, và giao tiếp tiếng Anh trung cấp. Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm trong các ngành tài chính.

Primary Description
As a member of the Business Development team, this role plays a key part in driving strategies to attract and retain partners. Main responsibilities include identifying potential customer segments, providing personalized support to each partner, researching market movements, and helping partners better understand the platform's mechanisms and products.
Job Description
- Identify and establish relationships with potential new partners while also driving business growth with existing ones to maintain profitability and increase revenue in the CFD & FX market.
- Conduct market research and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and support the company in developing effective marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.
- Proactively provide ongoing support and assistance to partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, with proven sales experience in the FX or financial services industry or related fields are welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial industries (FX, securities, crypto, banking).
- Strong understanding of the FX market and related products, enabling effective client engagement.
- Candidates without FX experience must have a strong sales background and relevant skills.
- Intermediate English communication.
