Position: Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Vietnam (Remote)

Description:

We are currently seeking an Executive Business Development & Sales professional to implement our go-to-market strategy, discover new leads, engage and convert qualified leads, and secure high-value B2B agreements. If you have a passion for engineering-driven products, excel in strategic planning and deal closure, we would like to hear from you.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full sales and marketing process - from market positioning and lead generation to proposal creation and partnership establishment. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the delivery team to shape our growth strategy, refine our messaging, and establish a predictable revenue-generating system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and implement the B2B sales strategy for our software engineering services
  • Identify, qualify, and close new client opportunities within healthcare, medtech, and IoT sectors
  • Develop and handle a consultative sales cycle - from lead inception to contract finalization
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions and create persuasive proposals
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and virtual meetings
  • Lead the marketing strategy encompassing digital, content, partnerships, and events
  • Enhance brand voice, positioning, and visibility in the market
  • Create campaigns to drive inbound interest and support outbound sales activities
  • Oversee website content, case studies, LinkedIn presence, and newsletters
  • Utilize marketing analytics to optimize lead generation and enhance ROI
  • Lead an internal/external team of designers, marketers, and contractors
  • Identify and assess new markets, services, or partnership avenues
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and delivery leads to align client feedback with product strategy
  • Support the launch of new initiatives such as SaaS platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing leadership (preferably in tech or consulting industries)
  • Experience in selling complex software or technical services to international clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical, or IoT sectors is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales and marketing tools
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience at a growing technology services company
