Cantonese Freelancer Interpreter

Trách nhiệm chính bao gồm phiên dịch song ngữ Quảng Đông - Anh qua điện thoại, tuân thủ quy tắc nghiệp vụ, đảm bảo độ chính xác thông tin, tham gia đào tạo và báo cáo cho trưởng nhóm. Thu nhập hấp dẫn theo phút, thanh toán hàng tháng và có thể bắt đầu làm việc ngay sau khi hoàn tất onboarding.
Yêu cầu ứng viên thành thạo tiếng Quảng Đông và tiếng Anh, ưu tiên ứng viên đã có ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm phiên dịch. Cần có kết nối internet có dây ổn định, tai nghe USB và sử dụng máy tính Windows 10 hoặc Mac. Ứng viên cần đạt tối thiểu 90% năng lực tiếng Anh và có kỹ năng lắng nghe, ghi chú tốt. Có thể yêu cầu kiểm tra tiếng và xác minh lý lịch tuỳ khu vực.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred
- Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
- Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client.
Technical Requirements:
- 90% English proficiency
- Steady wired internet connection
- USB wired headset
- Windows 10 or Mac
- Fully remote. Interpreter works from his/her home office
- Full-time contractor position
- Immediate availability to start working after onboarding
- Monthly payments
- Per minute rate
- Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct
- Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical, specifically)
- Go into internal professional training
- Communicate and report to your team leader
