Django Developer
Dự án thuộc Deploy Staff LLC, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng toàn thời gian với mức lương khởi điểm 2.500 - 3.000 USD/tháng tùy kinh nghiệm. Vai trò tập trung phát triển backend Django/Python cho nền tảng bất động sản tự động hóa bằng AI, xây dựng hệ thống orchestration AI agent, tích hợp API phức tạp, tối ưu hóa cơ sở dữ liệu và tham gia quy trình DevOps trên AWS, Docker.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 6 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, trong đó có ít nhất 4 năm với Django/Python và 2 năm làm việc cùng AI APIs. Ưu tiên hiểu biết về PostgreSQL, Yardi, kinh nghiệm CI/CD, triển khai production, tích hợp Restful API, sử dụng Docker, Celery, Redis,... và kỹ năng tối ưu truy vấn.
Ứng viên sẽ tham gia live test trực tiếp qua camera, chia sẻ màn hình trước khi nhận việc. Giờ làm việc theo múi giờ Châu Âu (9h-18h, thứ 2-6).

Deploy Staff LLC is seeking an experienced Django Backend Developer to join our innovative team, building a cutting-edge Agentic Real Estate Platform that leverages AI agents to automate property management operations for property portfolios. This role focuses on developing sophisticated AI agent orchestration systems, complex third-party integrations, and robust backend services using Django and Python.
Required Qualifications
Technical Experience (Minimum 6+ Years)
- Django/Python: 4+ years of production experience with Django REST Framework
- AI Integration: 2+ years working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Third-Party APIs: Extensive experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling webhooks
- Database: Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge with query optimization and scaling
Development Tools
- Git version control, GitLab/GitHub workflows
- Docker, Docker Compose, container orchestration
- Testing frameworks (pytest, unittest)
- Code quality tools (pylint, black, mypy)
- Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Machine learning model deployment and monitoring
- Financial systems integration and reconciliation
- Industry Knowledge: Property management operations, real estate marketing, compliance, vendor management
