Flutter Web Engineer
InApps Technology đang tuyển vị trí Flutter Web Engineer làm việc từ xa tại TP.HCM (Vietnam). Bạn sẽ tham gia các dự án chuyển đổi số quy mô lớn cho khách hàng quốc tế, phát triển ứng dụng web cho ngành bảo hiểm bằng Flutter Web. Các nhiệm vụ gồm xây dựng giao diện responsive, form phức tạp, tối ưu hiệu năng và tích hợp các API REST/GraphQL. Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, agile, code review, test suit và nhiều cơ hội phát triển sự nghiệp.
Yêu cầu: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Flutter, thành thạo Flutter framework, Dart, có kinh nghiệm production với mobile hoặc web app, nắm vững state management (Riverpod/BLoC/Provider), tích hợp API REST/GraphQL, Git workflow, CI/CD và am hiểu bảo mật ứng dụng web. Ưu tiên ứng viên có hiểu biết ReactJS/JS hoặc từng làm việc với lĩnh vực bảo hiểm.

About Project: We are executing a large-scale digital transformation project for an international insurance client, migrating from legacy systems to modern web platforms. You will develop complex web applications using Flutter (focusing on Flutter Web), creating scalable, high-performance insurance management systems that handle critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Flutter Development: Develop enterprise-grade web applications using Flutter framework (Flutter Web as primary target)
- Build complex insurance forms and workflows with advanced data processing and validation
- Create responsive, pixel-perfect web interfaces optimized for desktop and tablet usage
- Implement sophisticated state management for large-scale application data flows
- Optimize Flutter performance including bundle size, loading times, and runtime efficiency
- System Integration: Integrate with complex backend APIs (REST, GraphQL) for insurance data processing
- Handle secure authentication flows (OAuth, JWT) for enterprise security requirements
- Work with large datasets and implement efficient data caching strategies
- Collaborate with backend teams on API design and data flow optimization
- Quality and Collaboration: Write comprehensive test suites for Flutter applications
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Document technical implementations and best practices
- Collaborate in agile workflows including sprint planning and daily standups
Requirements
- 3+ years of Flutter development experience with ability to learn Flutter Web quickly
- Proven experience building Flutter mobile applications in production environments
- Deep understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter framework architecture
- Experience with complex state management (Riverpod, BLoC, Provider)
- Proficiency in responsive design and responsive web principles
- API integration expertise with REST and GraphQL services
- Experience with complex form handling and data validation
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of modern development tools and build processes
- Git workflow proficiency and collaborative development practices
