Globify tuyển dụng vị trí Frontend Developer làm việc full-time remote tại TP.HCM với mức lương lên đến $2500. Bạn sẽ phát triển ứng dụng web học tiếng Anh sử dụng React, Remix, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, tối ưu hiệu năng, tích hợp API và tuân thủ chuẩn code nghiêm ngặt. Tham gia vào môi trường startup EdTech, bạn sẽ nhận được BHXH, BHYT, 12 ngày phép năm cùng nhiều phúc lợi khác.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Frontend Developer who loves crafting high-quality, user-centric web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with design and backend to bring delightful, performant experiences to life using modern JavaScript, React, Remix.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain the web front-end (React + Remix) of our English-learning application.
- Translate polished design concepts into accessible, responsive interfaces.
- Share components, styling systems (Tailwind on web), and logic across web and mobile where sensible.
- Optimize for speed, scalability, and maintainability (code-splitting, caching, lazy loading, native bundling).
- Integrate user-facing components with server-side APIs (web) and mobile services (e.g., push notifications, deep links).
- Enforce a strict lint/type culture: ESLint (flat config), Prettier, TypeScript strict (noImplicitAny), consistent imports, naming, and a11y rules.
- Participate in reviews, propose improvements, and help evolve our UI standards.
- Build and ship our React Native (Expo) apps for iOS and Android.
What you bring
- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong TypeScript skills and hands-on React experience.
- Production experience with Remix (Remix.run) (routing, loaders/actions, SSR/data fetching).
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (layout, semantics, accessibility basics).
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS (utility-first workflows, responsive design patterns).
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Medium-High English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in edtech or language-learning products.
- Production experience with React Native using Expo (navigation, native modules, EAS builds/updates) is a big plus.
- Experience with ESLint and Prettier (flat configs, custom rules/plugins) and running TypeScript in strict mode across web and mobile.
