Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phát triển các tính năng thông minh end-to-end, tích hợp AI/ML, tương tác khách hàng và dẫn dắt các quyết định kỹ thuật. Description
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong background in building modern web applications and integrating AI/ML models into production systems. You'll help us design, build, and scale intelligent features that serve thousands of users - while collaborating across product, engineering, and data teams. Our technology stack is based on JVM and consists of Scala, Playframework, Typescripts, Svelte, and Postgres.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and AI/agentic workflows.
- Interact with customers directly to ensure their success and happiness.
- Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
- Help drive sound technical decision-making and lead technical conversations with other engineers.
- Debug production issues across services and various levels of the tech stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills in Java or Scala.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in building customer-facing products with high craftsmanship. We value attention to detail and customer obsession in getting users to be happy and successful.
- Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies and stacks to solve problems and delight users.
- Ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and think of yourself as entrepreneurial.
Bonus Points
- Experience with construction-related architecting, structural engineering, and/or construction.
- Research experience in AI/ML applications, particularly in agent-based systems or multimodal AI or related fields.
- Experience with launching a product and/or deploying AI agents to production with user traction. We would love to see actual products that you shipped in the past.
- Experience with competitive coding. If you are ranked in Topcoder, Google Codejam, Facebook Hackercup, Kaggle, or other similar platforms, we would love to see it.
