Breadstack đang tìm kiếm nhân sự thiết kế đồ họa sáng tạo làm việc toàn thời gian, từ xa tại Việt Nam. Vai trò tập trung vào thiết kế hình ảnh bắt mắt phục vụ quảng cáo số, mạng xã hội, hỗ trợ chiến dịch marketing cho thị trường quốc tế. Giờ làm việc từ 13h-17h và 19h-23h (giờ Việt Nam). Ứng viên hưởng lương cạnh tranh, hoa hồng, thưởng, phụ cấp ăn trưa, bảo hiểm cao cấp, phép năm lên tới 22 ngày, lớp tiếng Anh miễn phí và thưởng tháng 13.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Web & Graphic Design, thành thạo Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma. Ưu tiên ứng viên biết WordPress, Webflow, HTML/CSS, có hiểu biết UX/UI, giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt và phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.

Description:
We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in marketing and advertising. This role is less about corporate branding or website design, and more about creating eye-catching visuals that drive engagement across ads, campaigns, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative assets for digital and print advertising campaigns (social media ads, banners, posters, flyers, billboards).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into impactful visuals.
- Create graphics tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Support product launches and promotions with fresh, engaging creative.
- Maintain consistency in style while adapting visuals to different audiences and platforms.
- Stay on top of design and marketing trends to keep our campaigns current and competitive.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Web & Graphic Design, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Have UX/UI understanding and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
Working Hours:
8 hours/day from 1 PM – 5 PM and 7 PM – 11 PM (Vietnam time).
