Graphic Web Designer
Vị trí thiết kế Web & Đồ họa cho Australia Experiences làm việc freelance từ xa tại Việt Nam với mức lương từ 50.000 - 100.000 VNĐ/giờ. Ứng viên sẽ chủ động xây dựng nhận diện thương hiệu, thiết kế lại toàn bộ website trên nền tảng WordPress và phát triển trải nghiệm người dùng hiện đại, đồng nhất. Được làm việc trực tiếp cùng founder, môi trường linh hoạt, không quản lý sát sao.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có kỹ năng thiết kế đồ họa vượt trội, am hiểu UX/UI, thành thạo Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva và WordPress. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm cho các thương hiệu du lịch, lifestyle hoặc cộng đồng sáng tạo. Khả năng tự chủ, chủ động và giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là cần thiết.

Who We’re Looking For
Australia Experiences is seeking a freelance experienced, independent WordPress Graphic & UX/UI Web Designer to join us remotely. This is a unique opportunity to fully own the visual direction of a growing brand in the travel and lifestyle space. We’re looking for someone with two main strengths:
- Strong graphic design skills for brand identity
- Solid UX/UI expertise to lead the redesign and rebuild of our website
The ideal candidate thrives with minimal supervision, takes ownership of projects from start to finish, and enjoys creating visuals that make a brand shine.
Main Priorities
Develop & Evolve Brand Identity
Define and refine Australia Experiences’ visual identity (logo, fonts, brand colors, etc.)
Redesign & Rebuild the Website
Lead the full redesign of our website from scratch (all content will be provided)
Work in collaboration with the founder and content writer to build user-friendly layouts that align with our brand voice
Proven experience in WordPress (Kadence block) design or similar
Ensure a visually cohesive, modern, and intuitive user experience throughout the site
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing branding and digital projects
- UX/UI experience with a track record of designing websites (from concept to live site)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (or similar tools)
- Hands-on experience with no-code website builders (Ideally WordPress)
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to maintain consistency across brand touchpoints
- Confidence in working independently and driving the full design process
- Conversational English (spoken and written)
- Bonus: Experience in travel, lifestyle, or creator-driven brands
No dev or IT team. This mandate requires to be comfortable to design directly into the WordPress block builder.
Work Hours & Compensation
Contract: 50K to 100K VND per hour, depending on experience
Growth Potential: As the company expands, this role can grow into a permanent creative position leading a larger team
