Influencer Marketing Specialist
NotJustAgency, a global marketing & advertising firm headquartered in London, is looking for a remote, full-time Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Vietnam to join their international team. This role centers on implementing outbound influencer campaigns targeting the US and UK markets. Core responsibilities include strategy development, influencer outreach, content coordination, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You’ll also assist in content creation and social media management using high-quality video tools. This is a long-term, remote position with a starting compensation of up to $600 USD/month, beginning with a three-month trial at 80% pay. Payments are made via bank accounts in Vietnam, Thailand, or the Philippines.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working with KOLs/KOCs or creators, preferably with exposure to US/European markets. Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential. Applicants should be familiar with basic design principles and proficient in editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects. Strong critical thinking, a creative mindset, and proactive learning are key traits for success in this role. A “can-do” attitude and passion for social media trends are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
This role specifically focuses on outbound influencer marketing (US UK market), working with international influencers and creating global campaigns targeting diverse audiences across different markets.
- Influencer campaign strategy and planning: Researching new trends, making strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and identifying suitable global influencers based on target audience demographics, brand alignment,...
- Influencer outreach and relationship management: Reaching out to potential global influencers, negotiating terms of collaboration, building and maintaining relationships to ensure ongoing partnerships.
- Content coordination and creation: Providing creative direction or briefs to influencers to guide content creation, ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objective.
- Campaign execution and monitoring: Managing the execution of influencer campaigns, monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Content and Social Media Management: Scripting and making high-quality videos for our social media platforms besides managing global creators.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keeping abreast of trends and developments in influencer marketing and social media platforms; Identifying emerging influencers and trends that could be beneficial for future campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of working with KOL/KOC/Creator (prefer marketers who have worked with usa/european influencers.).
- Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken).
- Have basic understanding about design knowledge.
- Proficiency with CapCut (or Premiere, After Effects,...).
- Strong critical thinking and creative content analysis skills.
- Proactive learning behaviour. A positive, “can do” attitude.
