International Sales Manager

As part of Sansure’s growing international presence, the role focuses on market development, business expansion, client relationship management, and close collaboration with corporate headquarters. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies, developing distributor and client networks, and supporting customers with sales and technical coordination. Ideal candidates should be based locally in Vietnam and possess deep familiarity with the regional business landscape, language, and culture. Fluency in business-level English is required. A proven background in sales within medical devices, pet healthcare, veterinary services, or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) is preferred, although strong sales professionals from other sectors will also be considered. Experience working with veterinary chains, pet hospitals, diagnostic labs, or healthcare distributors is highly advantageous. The role demands a self-starter capable of independently managing market operations while maintaining regular reporting to Sansure’s global offices.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven International Sales Manager for the pet veterinary business to lead market development and sales growth in your local region. You will be responsible for expanding our brand presence, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the pet veterinary sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development & Business Expansion
- Conduct local market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients
- Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution
- HQ Liaison
- Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports
Qualifications
- Resident in the local market: Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in medical devices, pet healthcare, pet products, or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered
- Industry Connections: Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus
- Self-Starter: Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters
