Ứng viên cần trên 10 năm kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực chuyển đổi số hoặc quản lý thay đổi, từng triển khai các dự án SAP S/4HANA/ERP/CRM/MES lớn, thành thạo làm việc trong môi trường đa quốc gia/phức tạp. Chứng chỉ quản lý thay đổi (Prosci/ACMP), kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp với lãnh đạo cấp cao và hiểu biết mô hình Agile/hybrid là bắt buộc.

Are you a dynamic leader passionate about IT and digital transformation? We are seeking a Transformation & Change Lead to drive enterprise-wide initiatives shaping our future. This role bridges IT and business, ensuring technology investments lead to process improvements and tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between IT, business leaders, and end-users to align technology with business needs.
- Analyze and redesign existing processes for automation and standardization.
- Collaborate with IT and business for seamless integration of new systems (SAP S/4HANA, CRM, MES).
- Develop structured change management strategies, including communication, training, and adoption plans.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholder buy-in.
- Identify and address resistance to change with mitigation plans.
- Define and track KPIs for user adoption, process compliance, and productivity.
- Lead post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and institutionalize learnings.
- Promote agility, innovation, and digital-first thinking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in IT transformation, change management, or digital program leadership.
- Proven success in large-scale ERP/CRM/MES implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Experience in complex, global, multi-country environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci/ACMP) or related frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery models for transformation projects.
