Performance Marketing Analyst
Jome Journey, a fast-growing digital marketing agency headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a remote full-time Performance Marketing Analyst based in Vietnam. This role offers an annual salary of 400–500 SGD, working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM SGT, Monday to Saturday. You’ll support digital ad campaigns by tracking key performance metrics across Meta and Google platforms, identifying underperforming elements, and collaborating with campaign managers to optimize results. In addition, you'll be responsible for maintaining real-time dashboards and preparing weekly performance reports. Working in a dynamic digital team, you'll help drive results for innovative real estate-focused marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of experience in paid media analytics with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Sheets or Excel (especially formulas and pivot tables), and possesses a solid understanding of KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and lead funnels. Experience with Google Tag Manager and tools like Meta Pixel Helper is highly desirable. A strong attention to detail, reliability in responding to ad issues within 1–2 hours, and comfort with data visualization platforms like Looker Studio will be critical to success in this role.
While not required, holding certifications in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, or Google Sheets will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, and lead volume across multiple ad campaigns (Meta & Google).
- Maintain real-time dashboards using Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
- Analyze campaign spend and flag high-CPL ad sets for action.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure accurate Meta Pixel and lead tracking setup (basic GTM skills needed).
- Compare and evaluate performance by creative, audience, and placement.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads analytics.
- Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Understand core performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead-gen funnel.
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and tools like Meta Pixel Helper.
- Extremely detail-oriented with zero tolerance for tracking or ad copy errors.
- Fast response time — able to reply to campaign issues within 1–2 hours.
