[PICKDI] HR Operator (Korean Required)
Cơ hội làm việc từ xa cùng Pickdi với vị trí cầu nối giữa khách hàng Hàn Quốc và thành viên Việt Nam. Toàn thời gian, ký hợp đồng lao động, hưởng đủ bảo hiểm, lương tháng 13 theo luật lao động Việt Nam, mức lương 8-11 triệu VNĐ/tháng, giờ làm: T2-T6 (8h-17h), T7 (8h-12h).
Yêu cầu ứng viên giao tiếp tiếng Anh & tiếng Hàn (TOPIK 3+), chủ động hỗ trợ, giao tiếp tốt, tổ chức và thích nghi nhanh, là công dân Việt Nam có đủ giấy tờ pháp lý. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm nhưng ưu tiên ứng viên từng quản lý nhân sự hoặc vận hành. Ứng viên đã tốt nghiệp, không nhận sinh viên.

As an Project Communicator, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our members working with clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and member well-being. This role focuses on people management, engagement, and performance, while maintaining strong communication with clients. JOB DESCRIPTION
To ensure both client satisfaction and freelancer's success in a remote environment, You will act as a bridge between Korean clients and Vietnamese remote members, helping both sides work smoothly together.
- Support collaboration between Korean client & Vietnamese members
- Monitor member's connection, performance, task progress and etc
- Support schedule coordination, task clarification, interpretation during meetings

Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to track progress and support growth
- Support client projects through collaboration with internal team members
- Proactively resolve communication issues or delays in the collaboration
- Handle on/off boarding, scheduling, and document tasks
- Resolve and support project-related issues
- Additionally, various operational support services to facilitate seamless collaboration between members and clients
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

No work experience required
- Proficiency in English(spoken and written) is Required
- intermediate level of Korean(Topik lv.3 or above) is Required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to solve the issues between collaboration
- Proactive in supporting both clients and members, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and support diverse stake holders
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in people management, account management, or HR coordination is a plus.

Must be available full-time (already graduated or not currently in school)

- Work Days & Hours:
- MON - FRI : 8 AM - 5 PM (8 hours / day ; GMT +7)
- Depending on the situation, it may start as early as 7AM VST
- SAT: 8 AM - 12 PM (GMT +7)
- Including a 1-hour lunch break
- You cannot join as a part-time, work flexible hours, or work for two companies during the designated working hours
- MON - FRI : 8 AM - 5 PM (8 hours / day ; GMT +7)
- Payment
- Gross 8M ~ 11M VND /month
- Social and health insurance, 13th-month salary, and annual paid leave will also be provided in accordance with basic Vietnamese labor law
- Probation period: 2 months
- After the trial period, we will extend your contract based on your performance
- Depending on your performance, this role could turn into a full-time position
- Contracts will be issued through our branch company, Kollab Agency, located in Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
