Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý quy trình bán hàng, quảng bá tài nguyên IP, phối hợp chuẩn bị hợp đồng và cập nhật tiến trình trên hệ thống CRM; đồng thời nhận lương thưởng hấp dẫn theo doanh số.
Yêu cầu bao gồm: bằng Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing, CNTT hoặc liên quan; tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B hoặc giải pháp kỹ thuật; thông thạo tiếng Anh, ưu tiên biết thêm ngoại ngữ; am hiểu không gian địa chỉ IP, mô hình leasing/selling và RIR. Ứng viên cần chủ động, có kỹ năng đàm phán, quản lý khách hàng và chịu được áp lực doanh số.

Job Title: Sales Specialist – IP Buyer Acquisition
About the Role
As a Sales Specialist at LARUS, your primary focus will be on finding clients who are looking to purchase IP address blocks. Unlike roles that focus on sourcing IPs from sellers, this position is revenue-driven — targeting potential buyers and promoting our available IP assets. You will play a crucial part in growing our global customer base by identifying demand, pitching our IP solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and build relationships with companies or institutions that require IP addresses (IPv4/IPv6), including ISPs, cloud providers, data centers, and enterprises.
- Promote LARUS’s IP resources and value proposition to potential clients in your assigned territory or market segment.
- Understand client technical and business requirements, and match them with appropriate IP inventory from LARUS.
- Work with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to the buyer’s needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts and updates to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with the legal, registry, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of IP transfer or leasing processes.
- Stay informed about regional internet registry (RIR) policies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend virtual or in-person industry events to network and build brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or tech solutions selling — telecom, data center, IP address market experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented; comfortable with remote, target-based work.
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French) are a plus.
- Familiarity with IP address space, leasing/selling models, and RIRs.
