Senior Business Development
Averna is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to support the growth of its automation testing solutions, with a strong focus on expanding its presence in Vietnam and surrounding markets. This is a remote position based in Quân Phuong Ha Trai, Vietnam. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics engineering, along with 5–10 years of experience in sales—preferably in automation or testing machinery. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, and experience with SFDC is a plus. Candidates should be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

The Senior Business Development position is seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth of automation testing solutions, with a focus on expanding presence in Vietnam and regional markets. The ideal candidate must have a technical background in engineering and a proven ability to implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Drive sales development and secure new clients for automation testing machine solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth.
- Provide tailored automation testing solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product and service excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the automation testing industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of automation testing machines or related technical solutions.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
