Vị trí này tại Dikshatek tại Việt Nam, làm việc toàn thời gian, tập trung phát triển quan hệ khách hàng, cung cấp hồ sơ ứng viên chất lượng và xây dựng mạng lưới chuyên gia ngành IT. Bạn sẽ sử dụng các chiến lược tuyển dụng hiện đại, tư vấn quản lý, đồng thời đóng vai trò chủ chốt trong quá trình đánh giá và thương lượng với ứng viên.
Ứng viên cần tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong tuyển dụng IT, từng thực hiện tư vấn tuyển dụng 360 độ, có kỹ năng thương lượng, quản lý con người và thời gian tốt. Yêu cầu tiếng Anh thành thạo. Môi trường năng động, đội nhóm trẻ, sáng tạo và cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp lâu dài.

Job Responsibilities
- Performing 360 degree consultant by maintaining and developing strong client relationships; providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
- Pitching new business and cultivating long-term, trustworthy relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks to find suitable candidates.
- Using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools to identify and recruit passive candidates.
- Consult with a large network of candidates who have immediate and long-term career needs.
- As the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, you will advise hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates.
Experience Requirements
- 4+ years relevant work experience in IT recruitment consultant;
- Performed 360 degree recruitment consulting to IT positions and clients;
- Proven track record and passion in building recruitment careers;
- Knowledge of People Management Skills;
- Good Negotiation skills;
- Time Management and Planning;
- Good English Communication skills (written and verbal).
