Công việc này tại Seeda, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, dành cho hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Bạn sẽ xây dựng và vận hành hạ tầng triển khai mô hình ML vận hành trên đám mây, phát triển pipeline tự động, API phục vụ mô hình, CI/CD, container hóa, cũng như các hệ thống giám sát, cảnh báo và bảo mật tiêu chuẩn.
Yêu cầu gồm kinh nghiệm mạnh về Python, SQL, triển khai mô hình ML production, hiểu biết về Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes. Ứng viên cần tốt nghiệp ngành CNTT liên quan và có 5 năm kinh nghiệm (2 năm với ML systems).

Role Description
We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale the production infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for deploying model into our cloud computing infrastructure, making sure that we are using cutting edge technology to maintain and deploy our models. You’ll also be involved in R&D to make sure our solution remains industry-leading, investigating emerging technologies and infrastructure patterns that enhance our platform's performance, scalability, and ability to deliver actionable insights to our clients.
What You'll Build
- Production ML Infrastructure
- Design and implement automated ML model deployment pipelines that seamlessly transition models from research to production.
- Build robust model serving APIs and microservices architecture on Google Cloud Platform
- Create automated model retraining and updating systems that maintain model performance over time
- Develop comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems for model drift, performance degradation, and system health.
- Scalable Systems Architecture
- Architect cloud-native solutions that scale from individual client deployments to multi-tenant global systems
- Implement Infrastructure as Code to manage reproducible, version-controlled deployments
- DevOps & Engineering Excellence
- Establish CI/CD pipelines with comprehensive testing, security scanning, and automated deployments
- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Build observability into every system layer with logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Ensure security best practices and compliance standards across all deployments
Required Qualifications
- Software Engineering Excellence
- Strong Python and SQL proficiency
- Strong principles of software engineering
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale and experience with model versioning, experiment tracking, and automated model lifecycle management
- Solid experience with Cloud Platform (preferable Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with Terraform, or similar tools for managing cloud infrastructure
- Docker proficiency and Kubernetes experience for orchestrating containerized applications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years focused on ML systems
- Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with statistical computing libraries (PyMC, scikit-learn, pandas) and understanding of Bayesian modeling
- Understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or advertising technology
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments is a plus
- Background working with marketing data APIs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with data scientists and product teams
