About the Opportunity:
We're building a dedicated, high-compliance development team in Vietnam for a respected European client. This team will work within its own legal entity, fully supported and overseen by our leadership, and operate under ISO 27001 standards.
We're hiring 2 Senior Python Developers with deep experience in Django and AWS. You’ll work on critical backend systems, contribute to technical architecture, and ensure that all development aligns with information security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust backend systems using Python and the Django framework
- Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and data models
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment using AWS services
- Follow and enforce ISO 27001-compliant development processes (access control, secure coding, documentation, etc.)
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to align with compliance requirements
- Participate in code reviews, technical design, and agile ceremonies with international teams
- Document processes and support secure operations from a development perspective
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Python
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Django in production environments
- Strong experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) — EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc
- Solid understanding of ISO 27001 principles and how they impact software development
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Familiar with Docker and Git-based workflows
- Proficient in English – able to work in a distributed, multicultural team

Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience setting up or working in an ISO 27001-certified development center
