Senior Sales Manager
Vị trí tại ManpowerGroup Việt Nam, làm việc từ xa, tập trung phát triển thị trường, thúc đẩy quan hệ khách hàng và tăng trưởng doanh số trong lĩnh vực giải pháp an ninh mạng. Thu nhập hấp dẫn từ $3,500 – $3,800/tháng, thưởng hiệu suất, phụ cấp và đầy đủ bảo hiểm, công tác phí do công ty chi trả.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng lĩnh vực phần mềm/dịch vụ CNTT, khả năng quản lý & thâm nhập tài khoản lớn, giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo, am hiểu thị trường Việt Nam và kinh nghiệm phát triển doanh thu qua đối tác. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực BFSI, Chính phủ, Doanh nghiệp lớn.

OVERALL:
Base Salary: 3,500 USD – 3,800 USD per month.
Performance bonus.
Allowance (Meal, phone, transportation): 200 USD per month.
13th-month salary.
Insurance and health insurance in accordance with current law.
Business Trip Expenses: Covered by the company.
DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, specializing in identity management, access control, and secure authentication for enterprises and government organizations. With a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region, they are committed to helping clients navigate complex security challenges in the digital age. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive growth in enterprise solutions. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue goals in assigned territories.
- Lead business development efforts: identify new opportunities, nurture prospects, and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Foster direct customer engagement and fast-track pipeline growth through executive alignment and strategic channel partnerships.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical team to pitch i-Sprint security solutions to end customers. Take the leading role on turning business opportunities into pipelines and deals.
- Work closely with channel partner to engage with and gain commitment to sell and promote i Sprint solutions to their end customers.
- Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM discipline to support sales planning and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- From 5 years of IT software, solutions and/or services sales experience.
- Proven track record in Key Account penetration and management in BFSI/Government/Enterprises will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and nonverbal.
- Demonstrated success in a hunter role with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam buying processes and SI-led engagements.
- Experience in building revenue through partners, not just managing existing accounts.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, i.e. strong coverage and relationship. Strong and proven track record in account management and channel sales.
- Strong problem resolution with good leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
